LADIES HATTON BOXING - THURSDAY 7PM
BOXING FOR FITNESS CLASS
BEGINNER | INTERMEDIATE | ADVANCED
LHB is a Boxing for Fitness class thats been designed to assist in weight-loss, muscle toning, increased fitness and endurance, and all the fun of training like a boxer without being punched in the face! Bonus! The class consists of 5 x 3 minute rounds which you will box and then pad hold for your partner, so a total of 10 rounds.

All Pads and Gloves are supplied and we don't just throw you in to figure it out on your own like most - we actually teach and continue to coach you the proper and safest techniques on how to punch, and most importantly how to pad hold and catch punches, so you get the most of your sessions and your partner does too, as having someone who can't pad hold is just the worst!
NO Boxing experience is needed, but if you have boxed before then thats good too. The class really does cater well for all levels of Boxing and Fitness abilities - This is a NON CONTACT class and PLACES LIMITED so you must book.
