PERSONAL TRAINING STARTER PACKAGES
PERFECT FOR THE EXERCISE BEGINNER
These PT Packages have been created for exercise beginners who don't know where to start - also for people who are looking to get back into exercise after an injury or just some time out. The packages are 4 weeks in total and there are 2 options you can chose from, you can train with us either 2 or 3 times per week for the duration of the 4 weeks (see packages below). Once you have finished your 4 weeks you will be fitter, stronger and safe in the exercise knowledge that you can walk into the gym and feel confident working out on your own
We aren't here to just train you and send you on your way, we want to educate you on exercise and teach you the correct techniques and how to plan your workouts and nutrition to achieving your goals!
Week 1 - We start off with 30 minute sessions.
Week 2 - We up the time to 45 minute sessions.
Week 3 & 4 - Now you are now doing 60 minute
Before starting any training we invite you down to our private studio for a free NO obligation consultation to discuss your goals and reasons for why you're looking to start personal training. It also gives you the chance to check us out and ask any questions you may have, plus you can check out our studio to make sure you feel comfortable training at FF and with us as Personal Trainers.

Week 1 - 2 x 30 minute
Week 2 - 1 x 30 & 1 x 45 minute
